Sephora Operations Consultant role in St. John's, Canada. Full-time stockroom and merchandising position with CAD $18–$22.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and monitor adherence to Sephora merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control initiatives
- Assist in programs designed to reduce shortage and loss
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong arithmetic skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom environment. Entry-level candidates with relevant retail background are encouraged to apply.

High School diploma or equivalent.
