Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary client service by offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom per company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
- Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
