Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary client service by offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
  • Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
  • Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom per company standards.
  • Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
  • Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
  • Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
