Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant (Part‑time) in St. Catharines. Responsible for stockroom, inventory and POS operations. Hourly CAD$19.20–22.60.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain stockroom organization and process incoming shipments promptly, ensuring accurate receipt, tagging and routing of merchandise.
  • Execute inventory control procedures, participate in shortage-reduction programs and communicate discrepancies to Operations Supervisor or store management.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with sampling procedures.
  • Support store presentation standards by maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier zone and assisting with visual merchandising checks.
  • Deliver friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and cross-train to perform cashier functions including Point‑Of‑Sale transactions.
  • Report missing or damaged visual elements and help uphold safety and tidiness standards in the stockroom and sales area.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service experience; prior stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑filled retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, basic arithmetic and computer literacy; effective time management and communication abilities.

Experience
