Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Consultant in St Albert, AB — full-time role focused on stockroom, inventory and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments promptly; log and organize merchandise according to company standards.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and visual merchandising elements; communicate missing or damaged items to Operations Supervisor.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; ensure compliance with sampling policies and inventory control procedures.
  • Support inventory-count activities and participate in shortage/loss-reduction programs.
  • Assist in maintaining cashier zone cleanliness and retail presentation standards.
  • Train and cross-train colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems and back-of-house procedures.
  • Communicate inventory or operational issues to Supervisors and Store Management; uphold safety and tidiness standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-rich environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability, time management, problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Experience

Entry-level — 1 to 2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with prior stockroom or inventory responsibilities.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
