Sephora hiring part-time Operations Consultant in Sherbrooke, QC. CAD $18.10–$22.65/hr with benefits and performance bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming deliveries in a timely manner and coordinate warehouse organization according to company standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, manage damaged products and demonstrators per protocol
- Verify all visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor
- Support and train other checkout hosts and cashiers on operational procedures
- Maintain point-of-sale area cleanliness and adhere to Sephora merchandising concepts
- Participate in inventory loss reduction and shrinkage prevention initiatives
- Manage product transfers and coordinate with supervisors regarding stockroom concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
Qualifications
- Beginner-level experience in retail or warehouse operations
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and warehouse tasks
