Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
  • Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom per company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers, and communicate any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
  • Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to management.
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
