Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant in Sault Sainte Marie, ON. Full-time hourly role managing stockroom, merchandising and inventory (CAD$19.20–22.60/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization and ensure all merchandise is processed and shelved according to company standards.
- Receive, check in and process shipments, transfers, damages and testers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support store presentation by maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier zone and adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
- Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and assist with training colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Participate in inventory control activities and shortage/loss reduction programs; report inventory issues to supervisors and store management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and safety standards and communicate missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
- Perform cross-trained cashier functions as designated and support the store during peak periods, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Strong computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
- Effective time management, problem-solving and verbal communication abilities.

Experience
Entry-level role requiring 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, ideally with prior exposure to stockroom operations, inventory processing or merchandising support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
