Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Saskatoon, SK. Stockroom organization, merchandise processing, and client service. CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional client service and product knowledge during store business hours
- Assist in training other consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and inventory control in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom to company standards, including processing transfers, damages, and testers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within cashier and stockroom zones
- Check in visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in shortage reduction and loss prevention programs
- Support visual merchandising concepts and store presentation standards
- Work flexibly across evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity. Entry-level candidates with strong foundational retail knowledge and demonstrated ability to work independently are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
