Sephora Canada in Saskatoon is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom operations and support merchandising (CAD $17–$20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately document incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process inventory movements including transfers, damages and testers; participate in inventory control and shortage-reduction programs.
  • Support visual merchandising by checking in fixtures and communicating missing or damaged elements to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor as needed and assist in cashier functions when cross-trained.
  • Maintain cashier zone cleanliness and safety standards; ensure compliance with sampling and store operational policies.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained bending/stretching for stocking.
  • Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience
