Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Consultant in Saskatoon to manage stockroom operations, shipments and POS support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming shipments, transfers, damages and testers in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards, ensuring inventory accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss prevention programs.
  • Assist with Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS transactions and train other cashiers and consultants on POS procedures.
  • Maintain store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
  • Check-in visual merchandising elements; report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Communicate inventory, safety or compliance issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Strong organizational, arithmetic and basic computer skills.
  • Effective time-management, problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Experience
