Sephora Operations Consultant
Sephora is a global leader in prestige beauty retail and is part of the LVMH group. - Execute timely receipt, inspection and processing of incoming shipments; manage transfers, damages and testers per company procedures.
- Organize and maintain stockroom layout and inventory accuracy according to Sephora standards; participate in inventory control and shortage-reduction programs.
- Support store presentation by maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the cashier zone and adhering to Sephora merchandising concepts.
- Deliver friendly, professional client service when needed and assist in training colleagues on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Report inventory discrepancies, missing or damaged visual elements and other operational issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, safety protocols and store tidiness standards at all times; perform cross-trained cashiering duties as designated.
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or back‑of‑house responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven organisational aptitude, basic arithmetic and computer competency.
- Strong time-management, communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance‑filled environment and lift/carry up to 50 pounds; comfortable bending and stretching to stock merchandise.
