Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time), Sarnia-Clearwater, ON – stockroom and merchandising support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's merchandising concepts and visual standards
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained throughout the store
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
