Sephora Operations Consultant Part-Time, Saint John NB — stockroom & retail operations role with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards and safety protocols
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to management
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to client needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities. Beginner-level candidates with relevant retail exposure are considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.65 to CAD 22.05 per hour.
