Sephora Operations Consultant position in St. Bruno, Quebec—full-time retail operations and stockroom support role with CAD $18.10–$22.65/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Support SEPHORA's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained throughout the stockroom and sales floor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control initiatives
- Cross-train in cashier functions as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer skills and arithmetic proficiency
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably including stockroom duties. Beginner-level qualifications are acceptable with relevant retail background.
