Sephora Canada — Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville: Operations Consultant (full-time). Manage stockroom, inventory and merchandising for the retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments accurately and in a timely fashion according to company procedures.
- Organize, maintain and audit the stockroom to Sephora merchandising and safety standards.
- Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Participate in inventory control activities and shortage/loss-reduction programmes; escalate inventory issues to supervisory staff.
- Support store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone and broader salesfloor; ensure compliance with sampling policies.
- Provide friendly, professional client service on the salesfloor as required and assist in training colleagues on Point-Of-Sale systems.
- Be cross-trained in cashier functions and perform cashier duties when designated.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organisational, arithmetic and basic computer skills.
- Effective time management, communication and problem-solving abilities; capacity to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Entry-level: 1–2 years in retail or client service, ideally with prior stockroom, shipping/receiving or inventory control exposure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
