Sephora — Operations Consultant (Part‑time) in Saguenay, QC. Part‑time retail operations role focusing on stockroom, merchandising and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the operations supervisor to organise and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Receive, process and store deliveries in a timely manner; manage transfers, damaged goods and demonstrators per internal procedures.
  • Support merchandising updates and verify visual elements; report missing or damaged fixtures and displays to the operations supervisor.
  • Contribute to store cleanliness, safety and organisation—with particular attention to the till area and stockroom.
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service on the sales floor and assist with training cash hosts and cashiers on register and mobile till operations.
  • Participate in loss‑prevention and inventory‑shrink reduction programmes and report stock discrepancies or operational concerns to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling (lifting, bending, prolonged standing).
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable organisational skills to manage inventory and merchandising tasks.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with effective verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings, in line with retail hours.
