Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours, including checkout assistance and mobile point-of-sale support
- Contribute to training other checkout hosts and point-of-sale consultants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in checkout zones and apply Sephora merchandising concepts
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards
- Manage inventory transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrators per company protocol
- Verify all visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Report inventory concerns and discrepancies to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management
- Participate in loss prevention and shrinkage reduction programs
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time retail hours
- Comfort with warehouse organization and inventory management
