Sephora Operations Consultant position in Rosemere, Quebec—full-time warehouse and merchandise management role, $18.10–$22.65/hr CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at checkout and point-of-sale stations during store operating hours
- Support training of other cashiers and point-of-sale personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in checkout and warehouse areas
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged merchandise, and merchandising displays in compliance with company protocols
- Verify all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the facility
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and store management
- Support implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts and loss-reduction programs
Qualifications
- Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Sephora's merchandising standards
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and warehouse operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or customer service environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
