Sephora Part-Time Operations Consultant in Rocky View, AB. CAD$17–$20/hr. Stockroom and retail operations support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom inventory per company standards
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and ensure awareness of Sephora's merchandising concepts
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures and check in visual elements, communicating any missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Participate in inventory control initiatives, loss prevention programs, and compliance with sampling policies and procedures
  • Communicate inventory issues and concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Managers to ensure compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer and arithmetic skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations role. Entry-level candidates with equivalent demonstrated competencies may be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Rocky View, Alberta, Canada, with easy access to Calgary.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
