Sephora Operations Consultant in Regina, Canada – Full-time retail operations role with stockroom and merchandising responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards, and process transfers, damages and testers
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff and participate in inventory control initiatives
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss, ensure compliance with sampling policies, and maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
