Sephora Operations Consultant part-time role in Regina, SK. Stockroom and merchandise operations with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
  • Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS (MPOS) systems
  • Assist in maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
  • Monitor and maintain Sephora's merchandising concepts and visual presentation standards
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
  • Process transfers, damages and testers according to company standards
  • Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
  • Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff or store management
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
  • Participate in inventory control activities
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as designated

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer and arithmetic skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
  • Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
