Sephora Operations Consultant part-time role in Regina, SK. Stockroom and merchandise operations with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Assist in maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Monitor and maintain Sephora's merchandising concepts and visual presentation standards
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages and testers according to company standards
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff or store management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control activities
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
