Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant in Regina, SK. Full-time role managing stockroom, inventory and store operations (CAD$17–20/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
- Execute transfers, damages and tester handling in accordance with established procedures and sampling policies.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss reduction programmes.
- Assist with visual merchandising: check in visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and offer cross-training support to cashiers on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and organisation of the cashier zone and stock areas at all times.
- Communicate inventory, merchandising and operational issues to Supervisors and Store Management in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to multi-task with strong time-management, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role (lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stretching).
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, with preference for candidates experienced in stockroom operations, inventory management and front-line retail support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
