Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant in Regina, SK. Full-time role managing stockroom, inventory and store operations (CAD$17–20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately record incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
  • Execute transfers, damages and tester handling in accordance with established procedures and sampling policies.
  • Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss reduction programmes.
  • Assist with visual merchandising: check in visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and offer cross-training support to cashiers on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and organisation of the cashier zone and stock areas at all times.
  • Communicate inventory, merchandising and operational issues to Supervisors and Store Management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with strong time-management, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role (lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stretching).

Experience
