Sephora Canada – Regina seeks a Part‑Time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom operations, inventory control and POS support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately record incoming shipments; stage and distribute product per company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to corporate visual and safety standards, including regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Process transfers, damages and tester management in accordance with company policy; report missing or damaged visual elements to Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory-control initiatives and participate in shortage/loss-prevention programs.
  • Assist with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS transactions and train peers on cashier procedures when required.
  • Maintain cashier zone cleanliness and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts on the salesfloor.
  • Communicate operational issues, inventory discrepancies and compliance concerns to supervisory staff promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stretching.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Entry‑level retail experience — typically 1–2 years in a retail or client‑service role, ideally with exposure to stockroom operations, inventory control and POS systems.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
