Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming deliveries in a timely manner
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to company standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and merchandise demonstrators per protocol
- Verify visual merchandising standards and report missing or damaged items to operations supervisors
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours
- Assist in training cashiers and point-of-sale associates
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization in checkout areas
- Participate in shrinkage reduction and loss prevention programs
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and store management
