Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time, Flex) in Quebec, Canada. CAD $18.10–$22.65/hr. Warehouse and merchandise management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and organize product deliveries in accordance with company standards
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory management according to established protocols
- Manage product transfers, damaged merchandise, and product demonstrations in compliance with company procedures
- Verify visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor
- Contribute to loss prevention and shortage reduction initiatives
- Support checkout and point-of-sale team members with training and guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area
- Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are adhered to at all times
- Report inventory discrepancies and concerns to supervisors or store management
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and retail merchandising a plus

Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in warehouse, retail operations, or merchandise management; no prior experience required but retail or logistics exposure is advantageous.

Secondary education or equivalent; relevant retail or warehouse certification a plus but not required.
