Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the operations supervisor to ensure the stockroom is organised and maintained to company standards and to implement merchandising updates.
- Receive, process and accurately shelve incoming deliveries in a timely manner.
- Manage transfers, damaged goods and demonstration units in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify visual merchandising elements on the salesfloor; communicate missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Support front-of-house operations by assisting with cashier training and offering professional customer service on the salesfloor.
- Contribute to loss-prevention and inventory‑accuracy programmes; promptly report stock discrepancies or concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation in the cash wrap and stockroom areas at all times.
Qualifications
- Customer‑service orientation with a professional, courteous manner during store hours.
- Reliable availability to work full‑time retail shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move merchandise safely; comfortable standing and handling stock for extended periods.
- Detail orientation and basic numeracy for inventory checks and stock documentation.
- Ability to follow merchandising guidelines and store procedures; bilingualism (French/English) is an asset in Quebec locations.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience is an asset but not required. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
