Sephora Operations Consultant (Full-Time) in Orleans, Canada — manage stockroom operations, inventory, and retail support. CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service during store business hours, assisting with POS and MPOS training as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and stockroom per company specifications
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and organization in a timely manner while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards and communicate issues to supervisory staff
- Organize visual elements and communicate missing or damaged merchandise to the Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control programs and shortage/loss reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, safety standards, and tidiness requirements at all times
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated and support other team members
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic arithmetic
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
