Operations Consultant (Part-Time) at Sephora in Oakville, Canada. CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr. Stockroom and client service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates in partnership with the Operations Supervisor
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, ensuring accurate inventory documentation
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory per company standards and communicate inventory issues to management
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned areas
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology
- Strong arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom or merchandise operations capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
