Sephora Canada — Newmarket, ON: Part-time Operations Consultant role at Sephora. Hourly pay CAD 19.20–22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record inbound shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Provide front-line client service as required and assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the cashier zone and stock areas; ensure compliance with sampling policies and store merchandising concepts.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer, arithmetic and organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or merchandising support capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
This position is based in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
