Sephora seeks an Operations Consultant to work in partnership with the operations supervisor at the Montreal-Anjou location, overseeing warehouse organisation and merchandise updates. The role encompasses customer service, store appearance standards, inventory management, merchandise handling, and operational reporting. This full-time position requires hands-on coordination of deliveries, warehouse maintenance, visual merchandising compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours and assist in training cashiers and point-of-sale staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation standards in checkout areas and monitor compliance with Sephora merchandising concepts
- Receive, process, and organise incoming deliveries in a timely manner according to company standards
- Oversee warehouse organisation and maintenance, manage inventory transfers, damaged merchandise, and product demonstrations
- Verify and report missing or damaged visual elements to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store
- Report inventory concerns and operational issues to supervisors and store management
- Participate in loss prevention and inventory reduction programmes
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations supervisory staff
- Proficiency in warehouse organisation and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with retail merchandising and point-of-sale operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or customer service environments is preferred but not required.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or warehouse certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
