Sephora seeks part-time Operations Consultant in Montreal, Canada. CAD 18.10–22.65/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service according to client needs during store operating hours
- Contribute to training of other cashiers and point-of-sale staff, including mobile payment devices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in checkout areas
- Apply and communicate Sephora merchandising concepts throughout the store
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage in accordance with company standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and demonstration units per protocol
- Verify all visual displays and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory concerns and stock issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management
- Participate in loss reduction and shrinkage prevention programs

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience or equivalent transferable skills welcomed. Prior retail or warehouse operations experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
