Sephora Montreal hiring Operations Consultant (full-time). CAD $18.10–$22.65/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to patrons during all store operating hours
- Assist in training cashiers and point-of-sale staff, including mobile payment systems
- Receive, process, and organize deliveries in a timely manner according to company protocols
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness in accordance with established standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and demonstration samples per company guidelines
- Inspect all visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged items to operations supervisors
- Participate in loss-prevention and shrinkage-reduction initiatives
- Monitor and report inventory concerns and discrepancies to management
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to the upkeep and organization of the checkout area
Qualifications
- Beginner-level experience in retail, warehouse, or operations environment preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly
