Sephora Operations Consultant, Montreal QC – Full-time, $18.10–$22.65/hr, warehouse and retail operations role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process deliveries on a timely basis, ensuring accurate inventory updates
  • Organize and maintain warehouse operations in compliance with company standards
  • Manage product transfers, damaged merchandise, and demonstration units according to established protocols
  • Verify all visual displays and communicate missing or damaged elements to the operations supervisor
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout warehouse and retail areas at all times
  • Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
  • Contribute to training cashiers and point-of-sale staff on Sephora procedures
  • Maintain cashier zone cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Participate in loss-reduction and shortage-prevention programs
  • Assist in applying Sephora merchandising concepts and visual standards
