Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
- Contribute to the training of other cashiers and point-of-sale staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the checkout area
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the warehouse in compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrations according to protocol
- Verify all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report stock-related issues and concerns to supervisors or store management
- Support the application of Sephora merchandising concepts
- Participate in loss prevention and shrinkage reduction programs
Qualifications
- Beginner-level experience in retail operations or warehouse management
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or warehouse operations experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) or relevant vocational training preferred.
