Sephora Operations Consultant in Montreal, Canada – Full-time entry-level role in warehouse and retail operations managing inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
- Contribute to training of other cashiers and point-of-sale advisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in checkout and warehouse areas
- Apply and support Sephora merchandising concepts and visual standards
- Participate in loss prevention and shortage reduction programs
- Receive and process merchandise deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain warehouse in accordance with company standards
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators per company protocols
- Verify all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to operations supervisors
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store manager
Qualifications
- Ability to follow Sephora merchandising and operational standards
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and warehouse tasks

Skills
Experience
