Operations Consultant at Sephora Montreal | Full-Time Warehouse & Retail Support Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours and assist in training cashiers and point-of-sale personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards at checkout areas and throughout the warehouse
- Receive, process, and organize incoming deliveries in a timely manner according to company standards
- Manage inventory transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrators in compliance with established protocols
- Inspect and verify all visual merchandise displays, reporting missing or damaged items to store operations supervision
- Participate in loss prevention and shrinkage reduction initiatives
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational concerns to supervisors and store management
- Apply and support Sephora's merchandising concepts throughout the store environment
