Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service on the sales floor and at point‑of‑sale as required during store hours.
- Support onboarding and training of cashiers and client advisors on the cash register and mobile POS systems.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries promptly and in accordance with company procedures.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to corporate standards, including management of transfers, damaged goods and product demonstrators.
- Perform visual checks of merchandising fixtures; report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Participate in shrinkage‑reduction initiatives and report inventory discrepancies or stock concerns to supervisors or the store manager.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards in the checkout and stockroom areas at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for stock handling and inventory tasks.
- Ability to follow visual merchandising concepts and company operational procedures.
- Physical ability to handle stockroom duties, including lifting and moving merchandise.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience is an asset but not required. Demonstrable reliability and familiarity with basic store operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
