Sephora Canada (Mont-Royal, QC) is hiring a part-time Operations Consultant at the Royalmount store. Competitive hourly pay CA$18.10–22.65/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service on the sales floor and at checkout when required.
- Support training and onboarding of cashiers and assist colleagues with Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile checkout procedures.
- Receive, inspect and process inbound deliveries in a timely manner; manage transfers, damaged goods and demonstrators according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to company merchandising and safety standards; ensure visual elements are intact and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
- Execute merchandising updates and assist with in-store merchandising concepts to maintain store appearance and product availability.
- Participate in shrinkage-reduction programs and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors or store management.
- Ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- Strong customer-service orientation with professional demeanour.
- Physical ability to handle stockroom duties (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Attention to detail and reliability in following operational procedures.
- Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset but not required. Demonstrable customer-service experience will be considered favourably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, commerce or a related field is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
