Sephora Operations Consultant position in Mississauga, Ontario—part-time flex role supporting stockroom and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other consultants on POS and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols and check in visual elements with supervisor communication for missing or damaged pieces
- Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
