Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Markham, ON. Manage stockroom operations, merchandise updates, and client service. CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates in partnership with the Operations Supervisor
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and throughout the store
- Execute shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and maintain shortage/loss reduction initiatives
- Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to management
- Cross-train in cashier functions as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology
- Strong arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom environment. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated retail background and foundational stockroom knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
