Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers, and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
  • Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and participate in inventory control.
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
