Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Consultant in London, ON — full-time role focused on stockroom, inventory and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments; organise and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers, and check visual merchandising elements; report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss prevention programmes.
  • Assist with cashier zone presentation, cleanliness and organisation; cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and support training of other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies, safety protocols and store merchandising concepts at all times.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience; stockroom experience preferred.
  • Proven organisational aptitude, basic arithmetic and solid computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience
