Operations Consultant (Flex) at Sephora Lethbridge, AB. Retail stockroom and operations support, CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile payment systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and throughout the store, ensuring compliance with Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards, and process transfers, damages, and testers
- Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff, and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards, participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss, and cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or merchandise handling capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, with easy access to Calgary.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
