Sephora Langley: Part-time Operations Consultant role managing stockroom operations and client service at BC-Willowbrook location. CAD$19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, ideally with stockroom responsibilities; beginner-level position suitable for those with foundational retail background and strong foundational competencies.
