Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Operations Consultant in Langley (BC-Willowbrook); manage stockroom operations, inventory and merchandising at Sephora Langley.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and stage inbound shipments efficiently; perform accurate merchandise check‑ins and maintain timely processing of transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and visual elements to Sephora merchandising and safety standards; report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and shortage-reduction initiatives; communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues to store leadership.
- Provide friendly, professional client service during business hours as required and support cashier functions when cross‑trained.
- Contribute to store presentation by maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cashier and stockroom zones, and by following sampling and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, ideally with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- Proven organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandise handling and inventory processes.
- Strong time management, problem‑solving and verbal communication abilities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in fragrance‑filled environments.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with prior exposure to stockroom operations, shipment processing and inventory-control procedures.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
This position is based in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
