Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex, Part-Time) in Langford, BC. Non-guaranteed hours, retail stockroom role with variable shift availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates in compliance with Sephora standards
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and inventory control tasks in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, processing transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards within assigned areas
- Participate in shortage and loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and support store presentation initiatives
- Assist in training other consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Physical ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves

The successful candidate will be located in Langford, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Victoria.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
