Sephora Canada is hiring an Operations Consultant (part-time, Flex) in Langford, BC — maintain stockroom, support POS and inventory. Hourly pay CAD 19.85–24.80.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and ensure merchandise presentation meets Sephora standards.
- Receive, process and stage inbound shipments; manage transfers, damages and tester processing in accordance with company procedures.
- Support inventory control activities, participate in shortage/loss-reduction programs and report inventory issues to management.
- Assist in cashier-zone upkeep and train other consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems when required.
- Verify visual merchandising elements; communicate missing or damaged pieces and help execute store visual standards.
- Uphold safety, sampling and store cleanliness standards at all times; perform cross-trained cashier functions as designated.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Strong organizational, arithmetic, time-management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, with preference for candidates who have performed stockroom, inventory or back-of-house operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Langford, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Victoria.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
