Sephora La Salle, QC: Part-time Operations Consultant position managing warehouse, merchandising, and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours and assist with cashier training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in checkout areas and throughout the store
- Apply and communicate Sephora's merchandising concepts and visual standards
- Receive, process, and organize deliveries in a timely manner according to company protocols
- Manage warehouse organization and maintain inventory according to established standards
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrations in compliance with company procedures
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management
- Participate in programs designed to reduce shrinkage and loss
Qualifications
