Sephora Operations Consultant in Kingston, Canada – part-time flexible retail stockroom role with CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages and testers according to company standards and check in all visual elements
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or Store Managers and participate in inventory control
- Ensure safety, tidiness standards and compliance with sampling policies are respected and maintained at all times
- Participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and cross-training in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
