Sephora Canada — Kelowna: Part‑Time Operations Consultant. Stockroom, inventory and POS duties. Pay CAD$19.85–24.80/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable client service on the sales floor as required and support cashiering duties when needed.
  • Train and support colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Receive, process and accurately record incoming shipments; manage transfers, damages and testers per company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards, ensuring safety, tidiness and compliance with sampling policies.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and loss-prevention programmes; report inventory discrepancies to Supervisors or Store Management.
  • Verify and check in visual merchandising elements and communicate any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Physical capability to work in a fragrance-rich environment and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in retail/client service with preference for candidates who have performed stockroom, receiving or inventory-control duties.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
